I’m Utpal, a candidate in the MBA-equivalent PGP at the Indian School of Business, focusing on Strategy & Leadership and Marketing. Over eight years, my work has connected public institutions, political strategy and community concerns. Co-designed a kindergarten-to-postgraduate education continuum across 30 districts, connecting early childhood, school and higher education.

Positive Changemaker recognition for policy and government white papers across 5+ departments. Smart India Hackathon 2018 finalist, developing a working prototype for a Government of India problem statement: an app-based solution for ration shops in the Public Distribution System.
